"Recovery is always important, especially for someone who works really hard. Athletes work really hard, but the ones who usually go the farthest are the ones who take care of their body. What's Your "Y"? What keeps you going and training as hard as you do?
“My “Y” is my parents, my family, my friends, and myself. My overall purpose is to be the best that I can be. That’s what wakes me up every day. That’s what gets me started, that’s what gets me hyped and motivated to go out and achieve the goals that I set out to achieve. But, a lot of that has to do with YOLKED helping me get there one step at a time.”
