I have been using Yolked for a couple of months but I'm not sure it's making a difference. I am hoping to prevent age-related sarcopenia l. I may continue using it another month and reassess then.

I have been using this product for a couple of months and I can't say that I have noticed much difference. The vanilla flavor is a bit too perfume-like for my tastes, but it is hidden somewhat in my breakfast bowl of fruit and granola. I will try continuing to use Yolked for a bit longer, but I am not certain it is helping me.
